VOICE COMPETITION
Fourth Annual Vocal Competition 2010
The final round of Elgin OPERA’s Fourth Annual Vocal Competition was held
at the Kimball Street Theatre on the campus of Elgin Academy, April 10-11,
2010.
Over 70 singers participated in the competition. The competition attracted
singers from the Fox Valley area, the Chicagoland area, and as far away as
Rockford, Champaign-Urbana, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, and New York.
Twenty-five singers progressed to the finals.
